This two-part business development series will include seminars focusing on strategic hiring, creating a successful onboarding plan, and employee engagement. The instructors & facilitators each have over 15 years of experience in the people industry. Each seminar will be held in Holliday Park’s Nature Center Auditorium.

•October 11, 2017 (1st Session) – Find the Right Talent & Interview with a Plan
You will learn affordable ways to find good candidates with the right qualifications and the right fit for your company. You will be given tips on how to be an effective interviewer, including what things to look for and what things you should never do!

•October 18, 2017 (2nd Session) – Creating a Successful Onboarding Plan for Long-Term Retention & Employee Engagement
Did you know that 70% of new hires are looking for a new job on their FIRST DAY on the job? Bringing new employees into your organization effectively is key to keeping them there. During this session, you will be taught how to create an onboarding plan that will engage your employees and make your hiring process successful.
