October 14th from 9 a.m. to noon
Please join KIB and neighbors in planting an assortment of 124 large-growing, 1″ caliper shade trees in the tree lawns along Denny Street and Chester Avenue, part of Indy’s Near Eastside community. City trees help reduce the effects of storm water runoff from pavement and other impermeable surfaces, providing relief to the combined sewer overflow system in Indianapolis. We hope you will be a part of this high-impact project and the 10,000 Trees initiative!
