Friday, June 2 from 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM (shifts available)
Volunteers are needed to help with the 6th annual History on Tap event at Conner Prairie on Friday, June 2 from 6:00 – 10:00 pm. This event is hosted by Conner Prairie’s young professional group, the Horizon Council, and is geared toward craft beer enthusiasts. Nearly 1,000 people are expected to attend this year to enjoy food and craft beer from more than 20 microbreweries, and explore the outdoor areas of 1836 Prairietown, and 1859 Balloon Voyage (weather permitting). Each volunteer post requires a commitment of 2 – 2.5 hours.
Prior volunteer posts have included:
- commemorative glass and program distributor
- brewer check-in
- brewer runner
- brewer services
There is a mandatory History on Tap volunteer training which generally occurs the week prior to the event. In exchange for volunteering, you will receive free admission, a tasting glass, a volunteer t-shirt, and a $5 meal voucher.
If you are interested in volunteering or have questions please contact Joe Zielinski at firstname.lastname@example.org, for further details. Be sure to sign up by May 1!
