Sat 7/15 5:30 PM – 10:30 PM;
Sun 7/16 9 AM – Noon

Fri. Jul. 14 and Sat. Jul. 15 (set-up; work shifts negotiable)
– Assemble paper goods and utensils
– Decorate tent and tables
– Setup tables/chairs under tent
– Setup drink stations

Sat. Jul. 15 (event; 5:30 PM-10:30 PM; volunteers must be 21+)
– Greet guests upon arrival
– Carry food trays for guests requiring assistance
– Remove trash from tables

Sun. Jul. 16 (tear-down; 9 AM-noon)
– Remove trash from grounds
– Break down tables/chairs
– Take down decorations
