The Center for Leadership Development (CLD) in Indianapolis is recruiting facilitators for their Success Prep program. The program assists in laying the foundation for academic success for 9th grade students and their families. The program will run for four (4) consecutive Saturdays beginning October 21st and concluding on November 11th. Each session is a 4 hour time commitment from 8:30AM-12:30PM. There is also a mandatory 1.5 hour training session.

Lead facilitators receive $40 per session, assistant facilitators receive $25 per session and student facilitators receive $15 per session. You must have at least a bachelor’s degree to be eligible for a lead or assistant facilitator position and at least a sophomore in college for the student facilitator position. Due to the nature of the program, persons with recent experience in secondary education are strongly encouraged to apply.

Success Prep: 8th graders entering into 9th grade Do you know what it takes to be successful throughout high school and go on to college? This program, for students and their parents or guardians, answers that question, by providing information on high school academic expectations, study skills, time management, peer pressure and how to successfully enter college. Participants experience a college tour at the end of the program.
