The single most important thing is that we take time to care for our mental health. In fact, one in four Hoosiers suffer from some form of mental health disorder. Our friends at the Indianapolis Colts will be sharing tips on how to prioritize you own mental well-being so that we can all take action and be part of kicking the stigma around mental health.
