2022 Dinner & Silent Auction: Camptown’s Great Glamp-Out

When: Friday, September 16, 2022 (Doors open at 5:30 PM)

Heirloom, 230 W. McCarty Street, Indianapolis, IN 46225: Nestled in the shadow of Lucas Oil Stadium, this industrial & rustic venue is the perfect spot to bring Camptown to downtown! This newly renovated building (formerly N.K Hurst Company) is full of natural wood beams and floors, stunning string lights, and TONS of character. Parking is available on site to all guests at no charge. This event will share a glimpse of what it’s like to embark on a Camptown adventure, but instead of being in a tent under the stars, you’ll be at an event illuminated by the lights of the city we aspire to impact every day.

Our “Why?”: Our Annual Dinner & Silent Auction is a crucial fundraising event for Camptown each year. This event provides an opportunity for us to share our mission to incredible prospective partners of our organization and grow our community of support across the city. Proceeds from this fun evening support purposeful adventures in the outdoors for youth in Indianapolis. Over 90% of participants in 2021 received financial assistance to attend a program with Camptown, and we are looking to grow our impact to serve more youth in 2022.

Ticket Prices:
VIP Table (10 Tickets) $1,800 – Individual VIP tickets $200 each (Includes elevated guest experience)
Table (10 Tickets) $1,200 – Individual tickets $140 each

Title Sponsor $10,000: 40 VIP Tickets to the event, Title Sponsor logo recognition on all promotional materials and collateral (website, social media posts, press releases, printed materials, e-newsletter, and on screen at the event), 6 Hours of CRUX Rental/team building facilitation

Presenting Sponsor $5,000: 20 VIP Tickets to the event, Presenting Sponsor Logo recognition on screen at event, in printed materials and on the website, social media blast announcing as presenting sponsor, press release of sponsorship, and name in e-newsletter
