Courageous Conversations: Theatre, Humor and Climate Change

March 26, 2021 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Free – $5

If the climate crisis has you feeling overwhelmed, hopeless and clouded by a relentless sense of inescapable doom, join us for a short, staged reading from Climate Follies (comedy about the unfunniest thing ever), followed by a discussion with the artistic team of playwright Jim Poyser and director Raphael Schwartzman.

In order to provide a more socially distant experience, this program will be offered outside along the Canal Walk. In true “Shakespeare in the Park” style, bring your own blankets, folding lawn chairs and masks.

Please note, masks are required for all guests and actors during this outdoor event. Visitors are encouraged to park in the garage and walk through the Great Hall. In case of rain, the event will be moved indoors to the theatre auditorium with seating arranged to accommodate social distancing.

$5; $2 for high school and college students with valid ID; free for members
