Nonprofit organizations have several stakeholders including board members, staff members, volunteers, community members, and funders. During this interactive workshop, we’ll share some tools and strategies for managing stakeholders in order to strengthen the work of your organization.

In this interactive workshop, you will:

• Learn about tools used to identify stakeholder groups and their impact on your work

• Learn strategies for managing various stakeholders

• Begin developing a stakeholder map for your organization or project

• Anyone who is managing organizations, projects, or events

• Anyone who wants to develop more intentionality around how they are managing relationships

• Anyone who wants to better understand, grow, or refresh their stakeholder management tools
