Liminal: Indiana in the Anthropocene
June 1, 2023 @ 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm
Free
Heartland Film HQ is honored to be the temporary home of a new film and multimedia exhibit. Entirely filmed with drone cameras by Indiana Aerials and accompanied by an original score written by Fort Wayne composer Nate Utesch (aka Metavari), Liminal reveals a compelling and uncanny view of Indiana in all its features and forms.
We invite you to celebrate this new exhibit presented by Indiana Humanities and Hoodox on Thursday, June 1, at a Kick-Off Party. Heartland Film HQ will open at 6 PM for a reception with complimentary appetizers and a cash bar. The 55-minute film will then screen with a live score next door at Arts for Lawrence’s Theatre at the Fort starting at 7 PM, followed by a Q+A with filmmakers. The Liminal: Indiana in the Anthropocene Exhibit will be free and open to the public at the Heartland Film Headquarters during select hours June 2 – 15.
