Join award-winning journalist, author, playwright, and comedian Lou Harry for the next episode of his live show, Lou Harry Gets Real, a mix of insightful conversation, improv comedy and music.

This month Lou hosts jazz drummer / entrepreneur Kenny Phelps. With over 20 years experience on the local and national musical scenes, Mr. Phelps has developed a unique and valuable perspective on music. Playing and recording with musical giants such as BeBe & CeCe Winans, Walter Hawkins, El Debarge, Pharez Whitted, Roy Merriweather, Sly Hampton and George Duke has launched him into a respected spotlight in the music industry. He also has over 19 years of experience as a motivational speaker in schools, churches, and youth organizations. Rooted in the basic tradition of his craft, he has developed communication skills necessary to deliver a message that goes far beyond the music.

Kenny is the CEO of Owl Music Group, an organization dedicated to creating a diverse and thriving community through mentorship and collaborative musical experiences

Joining Lou and Kenny is Ed Wenck, the former managing editor of NUVO Newsweekly. Ed has also been a radio host and newsman, a television personality and a freelance writer for many periodicals in Central Indiana and beyond. He has authored four books and won numerous awards for his work as a journalist and a broadcaster. Ed is currently the Content Marketing Manager for CEDIA, an international trade association and central touchpoint for 3,700 member companies that represent every facet of the ever-evolving technology market.
