Learn ways to protect your mental health during challenging times and better understand the impact on your own well-being and relationships.

Since the COVID-19 crisis began, it has taken a toll on mental health both collectively and individually.

Dealing with so many changes and unknowns has created economic, social, and educational challenges for families and individuals everywhere, and the increased stress and worry can be so damaging to our mental health, well-being, and relationships.

This virtual Zoom workshop will teach you ways to protect your own mental health when dealing with a crisis and how to recognize the signs and symptoms in others who may be experiencing mental health challenges. We will also discuss how the combination of stress and isolation can lead to unhealthy relationships. You will better understand the causes of domestic violence, why it’s not always just physical abuse, and how to get help if you or someone you know is in an unsafe relationship
