Vintage Movie Night | The Maze in 3D (1953)

November 13, 2021 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

$5

Vintage Movie Night is a monthly series that features film historian Eric Grayson as he presents a series of unique and rare vintage film titles. Movies will take place inside the Garfield Park Arts Center’s main gallery. No pre-registration required, guests will pay the night of the event.
Though our movies are moving back inside our main gallery, GPAC is still practicing social distancing. Seats will be grouped in pairs 6 feet apart from each other in the gallery. If your group has more than 2 people, you may move the seats as long as the group is maintaining a distance of 6 feet from other groups. Please recognize that Indy Parks is currently recommending that anyone who is not vaccinated wear a mask indoors.
At this time, we are not selling concessions and not allowing food at these events. Guests are permitted to bring a non-alcoholic beverage with a lid, and we ask that you please dispose of your trash before leaving.

The Maze in 3D (1953)
A Scotsman abruptly breaks off his engagement to pretty Kitty and moves to his uncle’s castle in the Scottish highlands. Kitty and her aunt follow Gerald a few weeks later, and discover he has suddenly aged. Some mysterious things happen in a maze made from the hedges adjoining the castle.
In the 1950s, 3D movies became very popular as an alternative to staying at home watching television. Don’t miss these! Many of these films are not shown very often—or at all. With each registration, you’ll get a pair of 3D glasses that will be distributed at the event.
