Get IndyVolved 2014

GIV-2014We do a lot of stuff around IndyHub, but Get IndyVolved is easily our favorite event of the year. Hands down. It’s a one-day, two-hour event (June 18, 5:30 – 7:30) that brings up to 80 Indianapolis organizations together with hundreds of Indy area residents who are looking for ways to plug in around our city–seriously, what’s not to love about that?

Plus, we’ll be hosting at The Stutz this year with food trucks, Sun King beer and really awesome people. And speaking of people, here are some photos we’ve taken in years past.

Last year we had more than 600 people come hang out with us, and this year we’re hoping for even more. And we’re definitely hoping for you. So, if you’d just go ahead and RSVP or sign up to volunteer with us, we’d probably start sleeping better.

Obviously, the event’s not about us, though. It’s about all the dynamite organizations here in Indianapolis that are going to show up to talk with you about what they do. And it’s about you finding ways to connect to people and organizations around Indianapolis.

In short we want you to know what’s out there and how you’re a critical part of the health and vitality of our city. Because you are, which is why we would sleep better if we knew you were coming . . .

Just to give you an idea of what to expect, here’s our most current 2014 Exhibitor List and a quick shout out to our lovely event sponsors: Eskenazi Health, Sun King, Apparatus, Buckingham Foundation, Nottingham Realty Group and The Stutz Business Center.
