What is your day-job/ how do you spend your days?
Public Relations Manager at Indiana Sports Corp – I direct, coordinate and manage the development, planning and execution of Indiana Sports Corp’s public relations, media relations and social media strategies.
Where are you originally from?
Cincinnati, OH but grew up a majority of my childhood in Fishers, IN
What made you lay your roots here in Indianapolis? (If not from here…)
I loved Indianapolis from the moment I moved here in 8th grade.
It’s the weekend. What are your plans and/or favorite things to do when not at work?
On the weekends, I enjoy concerts, hanging out with friends, working out, going to movies, etc.
When thinking about the future of our city, what are you looking forward to the most and why?
The great opportunity we have to host world class sporting events (All-Star Game, CFP National Championship, Men’s Final Four, etc.) and how it can put Indianapolis on a global stage as a great place to live, work and visit.
Quick- you can only eat at one local spot for the rest of your life. Where ya going and what’s your go-to item on the menu?
Siam Square – Thai Iced Tea and Mixed Veggies with Chicken (medium).
What’s a local Indy cause that is near and dear to your heart and how might people go about learning more or getting involved?
Special Olympics Indiana – you can contact them directly on different ways to get involved and/or interact with the Olympians with your work!
It’s 2030: where are you and what are you doing?
Heading up communications/public relations at a professional sports organization or sports organization.
What book has impacted you the most to date?
Pitch Perfect – no, not the movie 🙂
Where’d you go on vacation this year?
Punta Cana, Dominican Republic for my Honeymoon in October.
What’s your biggest pet peeve?
When people don’t wave when you let them pass/pull out, etc. in their car.
