Circle City Kombucha is hiring an Events & Marketing Leader, who will oversee our Events Program (7 to 15 events per week), Marketing Operations (social media, branding, basic content creation), and will work with our outside agency on Marketing Strategy (Brand Management, New Market Entry, etc). This person will gain invaluable career & life experience. Key experiences are:
- Leading the creation of a marketing organization within a growth-stage company.
- Supervisory experience with a team of 20+ Brand Ambassadors.
- Coaching and Individual development from me.
- Direct exposure with a top-tier marketing agency – learning from the best in the game.
I’m seeking someone that is meticulous with planning & is detail-oriented. Someone who rides the line of being a perfectionist, but who is comfortable operating in a chaotic, roller-coaster environment that is a startup. They must be a go-getter with a creative eye, as they will ultimately be the Brand Manager for Circle City Kombucha and our developing Feel Good Beverage brands.
