IndyHub’s Shape Our City Summit presented by Ice Miller

The combination of social unrest, a global pandemic and environmental concerns has changed the perceptions about where Millennials and Gen-Z want to plant roots.

According to IndyHub’s Shape Our City Summit findings in 2020, three of the most critical social issues for our city include:

1. Indianapolis’ identity as a city
2. Inclusive leadership throughout Indy’s career sectors
3. Policies that will shape our city’s future workforce such as transit, environmental sustainability and parental support

We know the only path to progressive change is through honest conversations and action to tackle some of our city’s most critical issues. And it’s no secret that Indy’s 20-and 30-something’s are ready to make transformational change so that more young people will recognize Indy for it’s vitality, growth and ultimate long-term success.
