Oftentimes we hear about opportunities, whether they be to volunteer, participate in an event, become involved on a committee, or make that next (or first) step into your professional career. To this point, we’ve done better at sharing the former of those opportunities with you. And truthfully, we’ve wanted to tread lightly in regards to job postings – we know it’s a lot of work to manage a jobs board – and we know, too, sometimes the best fits are found through networking and word-of-mouth referrals. Ultimately though, there’s a lot of you across the city, with varying backgrounds, interests and skill sets. We want you to know about great opportunities we hear about – for yourselves, or the friend you know is just right for the job. We’re going to be diligent in what we post, because we can’t post everything, and this space isn’t an advertisement. In the coming months, we’ll be making an effort to share other jobs boards and career resources in the city, too. We’d love to know what you think. Shoot us a note at hello@indyhub.org.
