Renewing our commitment to you

For 17 years, IndyHub has been getting people connected, involved and making a difference in Indianapolis, working every step of the way to bring people together, showcase incredible organizations and channel emerging leaders to opportunities that move our city forward.

As we look to the future, we know we must do more to connect, engage and develop a diverse and inclusive network of leaders. That’s why IndyHub is renewing our commitment to you—to Indy’s young leaders—with a new strategic plan.

Our new strategic plan will maximize the organization’s mission so that more 20-and 30-somethings choose to make Indy a place to call ‘home’ by:

  • Engaging young adults thru meaningful programming
  • Expanding reach into the target market and develop new pathways for access
  • Amplifying people, places, organizations in the city and collaborate with others
  • Sustaining operational growth in areas impacting fundraising and communications

As the largest network of 20-and-30-somethings in Indianapolis, IndyHub is committed to creating an inclusive community because there isn’t a single archetype or profile that describes a young leader or an IndyHub participant. IndyHub is for every young adult who is looking for an introduction to the city or wanting to connect with others who love Indy and want to make it a better place.

OUR KEY FOCUS AREAS

Engage young adults through meaningful programming that introduces and connects them to each other and to the city through the expansion of the Meet Indy program, as well as conducting annual research to enable a deeper understanding of issues of impact  and interests for the demographic we serve.

Expand a more inclusive network of 20- and 30-somethings through intentional engagement of neighborhoods and underrepresented sectors. We will develop new pathways for access, including a dedicated college students strategy and broadening our network and reach through community activations and partnerships.

Lift up people, places and organizations in the city by strengthening and providing additional value to existing partnerships and sponsorships. We will be bold in sharing our impact story through initiatives like The LAB and the Corporate Collective that model best practices that elevate cross-industry collaboration and networking.

Assure operational sustainability especially in areas impacting fundraising, staffing and communications to ensure IndyHub models long-term organizational sustainability, innovation, talent development and an uncommon commitment to the pursuit of a more vibrant city.

IndyHub is proud to be the first, second and third point of contact for this important group of doers and change makers, and we are grateful for your ongoing support as we help people get connected, get involved and shape our city.

Because in Indy, People Make the City.
