The Moving Wall, a ½ scale replica of the Vietnam Veterans Memorial in Washington, DC bearing the names of the 58,229 Americans who lost their lives in Vietnam will be on display on the south end of Lawton Loop in Lawrence from June 22nd through June 25th. The opening ceremony will be on June 24 at 1 p.m. lasting until 3:00 p.m. The featured speaker at the opening ceremony will be Sgt. 1st Class (retired) Sammy L. Davis, the only living Hoosier recipient of the Medal of Honor. All events are free and open to the public!
