Rise and shine, yogis! Start your Wednesday off with Sunrise Yoga on the Canal, presented by the Indianapolis Cultural Trail and the Hot Room Yoga. Join us from 6:30-7:30 AM at Mayor’s Community Service Award Plaza on the Downtown Canal for this FREE yoga class.

This outdoor yoga class is the perfect way to center yourself and set your intentions for the day ahead. Enjoy the fresh morning air as you stretch, breathe, and flow through a dynamic yoga sequence led by experienced instructors from The Hot Room.

No matter your skill level, all are welcome to join us for Sunrise Yoga on the Canal. Just bring your yoga mat and a smile, and get ready to start your day with peace and positivity in one the City’s most scenic locations. Class is free, but registration through the Hot Room is required.
