Celebrating its 15th Anniversary in 2022, and winding through the heart of downtown Indianapolis, and the city’s historic and scenic neighborhoods, the CNO Financial Indianapolis Monumental Marathon is one of the 15th largest and most popular marathons in the United States. The annual event attracts more than 15,000 endurance athletes, including Olympians, Boston Marathon qualifiers, and personal PR seekers, from around to the country, competing Infront of thousands of spectators that line the streets along each of the three race day courses (distances of 26.2 miles, 13.1 miles and 3.1 miles).
