More on Steven: As Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer for Duke Realty, Steve has direct responsibility for all of Duke Realty’s real estate operations across the country. He oversees all real estate operating budgets as well as overhead, capital spending and corporate responsibility initiatives. Steve is also in charge of the leasing and management of our existing logistics portfolio and identifying and pursuing new development opportunities. He is a member of the company’s Executive, Investment, Internal Finance and Operating Committees.
