$10 – $75Billie Dragoo, founder and CEO of RepuCare, will kick off our 2020-2021 Marilyn K. Glick Women’s Enrichment Series.
The Marilyn K. Glick Women’s Enrichment Series is our yearly three-part lecture series featuring Indiana women who have “broken the mold.” This series offers a chance for the community to meet and hear from women leaders who hold all types of positions, from top philanthropists, to pioneers in the judiciary, to business leaders, athletes, and activists. The Marilyn K. Glick Women’s Enrichment Series is a one-of-a-kind program that is unmatched in Indiana for its innovation, scope, and focus. This year the series will be virtual via Zoom. Our first speaker, Billie Dragoo, will be discussing mentorship, the importance of lifting women up, her experience with creating the Indiana Conference for Women, and her career journey. The program will be moderated by Brooke Billingsley, CEO of Task to Touch LLC. There will be an opportunity for Q and A at the end of the program.

Billie Dragoo is the founder and CEO of RepuCare, a proven transformative work force solutions provider to Fortune 500 clients and managed health care providers. It has been ranked one of the fastest-growing companies in the US.
Named by Fortune Magazine as one of the top 10 women entrepreneurs in the United States, Billie was one of 720 entrepreneurs, throughout the world, who was invited by the President of the United States to attend the 2016 Global Entrepreneurship Summit at Stanford in California. For 4 years she served as a National Judge for the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Awards and was an E & Y recipient of the award in 2008.
Long recognized for her entrepreneurial impact in the State of Indiana, Billie was named 2014 Central Indiana Business Hall of Fame Laureate, which honors outstanding men and women who epitomize success in the business world. She was also honored with the 2011 Girls, Inc. Touchstone Award. Billie is a recipient of IBJ’s 2009 Women of Influence Award in recognition of business and community excellence and leadership. In 2008, she was awarded the Torchbearer Award for Entrepreneurial Advocacy, one of the highest awards presented by the governor for recognition of outstanding women. In 2007, she was awarded the annual Starkey Entrepreneurial Women’s Award.
A nationally recognized leader for women’s advocacy, she devotes considerable time to this endeavor. She is the co-founder of the Indiana Conference for Women, now is its 9th year and the largest one-day professional development conference for women in the Midwest.
Billie is the past Chair and CEO of the National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO), based in Washington D.C. She is the past president and emeritus board advisor of the Indianapolis Chapter of NAWBO, where she was the architect of its growth. Billie is a past Board member of the Indiana Department of Workforce Development State Workforce Innovation Council (SWIC).
She is an executive board member of The Greater Indianapolis Progress Committee (GIPC),board member of the Indianapolis Chamber, Indiana University Lilly School of Philanthropy board, board member of the Indiana State Chamber Political Action Committee and board member of Sigma Theta Tau International Foundation for Nursing.
Billie is also the co-founder of the Indiana Conference for Women (ICFW) the largest conference for women In the Midwest.
