Michael I. Crowther Indianapolis Prize Leadership Forum presented by Lacy Foundation
September 23, 2021 @ 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
FreeThe men and women who have won the Indianapolis Prize are individuals who have made a significant impact on saving animal species. They have learned how to be a leader in some of the most remote and exotic locations and have literally found themselves in near death situations.
Named in honor of Indianapolis Prize founder Michael Crowther, the Leadership Forum, in conjunction with Leadership Indianapolis, targets business professionals and emerging leaders by providing them with the unique opportunity to learn how the Prize Winner successfully implemented leadership in an uncommon and challenging environment.
While you may not often find them in a suit, the Winners of the Indianapolis Prize exemplify the same leadership qualities needed for success in the boardroom. Whether it’s motivating others, problem-solving, managing deal negotiations or facing a group of armed poachers, these men and women are succeeding in demonstrable ways that blaze a path for others to follow.
Participants of this program will hear from one of the world’s leading animal conservationists whose mission-driven, collaborative leadership has shaped businesses, politics, policy and communities on a local and international scale. The Leadership event connects young business professionals and emerging leaders with an individual who has successfully implemented leadership in a unique and challenging environment.
