Friday, March 24th is National Cheesesteak Day! Tomlinson Tap Room is partnering with Mambo’s Cheesesteak Grill to celebrate featuring their Cheesesteak with a TWIST at the Indianapolis City Market.

Mambo’s Cheesesteak Grill is serving their Cheesesteaks with a TWIST from 11am to 7pm. With 14 variations on the menu grilled steak (or chicken or portobello mushrooms!) including 4 offering a South American TWIST with cilantro, anticucho sauce (Aji panca), chimichurrie sauce, Rocoto sauce, etc. The Original cheesesteak comes loaded with grilled chopped steak, onions, and provolone cheese or add green peppers and mushrooms for the Deluxe. For a sandwich with a mouth-watering twist, try the Parrillada with either steak or chicken grilled with anticucho sauce and topped with mixed South American sauces and your choice of toppings. Or, go all in with the Chivito that includes grilled steak bacon, ham, mozzarella cheese, a fried egg and is topped with Aji and Roccoto sauce and your choice of toppings.
