GANGGANG, an Indy-based cultural development firm, partnered with local artist Ashley Nora to create a mural on the Stutz Building in downtown Indy. The unveiling of this mural celebrates the start of BUTTER, a fine art fair put on by GANGGANG, which features Black artists from Indiana and across the nation. The mural pays homage to Indianapolis’ cultural leaders and to the Stutz’ neighborhood—the Indiana Avenue Cultural District—and its legacy of Black artistic entrepreneurship.
