Carmel Community Players is proud to present the Sam Shepard classic drama “True West”. True West, concerns the struggle for power between two brothers—Lee, a drifter and petty thief, and Austin, a successful screenwriter—while they collaborate on a screenplay in their mother’s southern California home.

This savage and blackly humorous version of the Cain and Abel story also satirizes the modern West’s exploitation of the romanticized cowboys-and-Indians West of American mythology.

Show times are 7:30 pm Thurs, Fri & Sat, 2:30 pm Sun.

This production will take place in the auditorium on the Noblesville campus of Ivy Tech.
