As the most diverse generation in American history, Millennials and Gen Zs are seeking out opportunities to be part of the momentum to create more inclusive and welcoming cities.

Now in its third year, the Shape Our City Summit presented by Ice Miller, provides hands-on experiences specific to our city’s young people, ensuring young professionals have a seat at the table as Indianapolis tackles our most pressing challenges, sets priorities for how we need to evolve, and cultivates the next generation of leaders.

Join us for a week of panels, discussions and hands-on activities designed to expand cross-city and industry collaboration amongst Indy’s 20-and 30-somethings. We’ll bring in local civic, policy and community leaders to guide intentional conversations on how we can foster a more equitable path to leadership in our city. And then, you’ll provide your input on how Indianapolis can tackle our most pressing challenges and evolve as a city, united.
