$35BOWLING EVENT TO BENEFIT COMMUNITY OUTREACH PROGRAMS
The 10th annual fundraiser, sponsored by Stansfield Circle, is a family-friendly bowling and entertainment event to take place on Sunday, March 6, 2022, at 1:00 p.m. at Woodland Bowl, 3421 E. 96th Street, Indianapolis. All net proceeds from this philanthropic event will benefit Fletcher Place Community Center and will provide food, clothing, pantry goods, preschool supplies, enrichment programs, hot meals, and senior outreach initiatives.
In addition to bowling, there are several ways to support the fundraiser. Raffle tickets are available from any member. Details about sponsorship and donations are at www.StansfieldCircle.org.
Bowlers must register in advance. Use the mail-in form at StansfieldCircle.org or register online at https://tinyurl.com/Strikes2022. Bowling tickets are $35 per person or $140 for a team of four. Deadline for registration is Thursday, February 24th, 2022.
This year’s raffle prizes are exceptional: a 10th Anniversary Strikes 14k white gold circle of diamonds and sapphires designed by J. West Jewelry; a private, dinner with renowned Executive Chef Joseph; an Experience the Indianapolis Colts; a Birthday Party by Silly Safari; a Woodland Bowl Party; a 3-night stay at a private Tuscan Desert oasis; a Princess Party at Rejuve Salon Spa; and a gift package of Horse Soldier Bourbon from American Freedom Distillery.
“We really do rely on past participants, press coverage and social media shares of friends and family to spread the word about our event. This is our only fundraiser to raise awareness and donations for Fletcher Place Community Center. We are happy to be hosting our annual fun-filled bowling event that will also include Amazon John and Silly Safaris, Inc., and their unique group of exotic animals. The need to lift uplift our neighbors in the near-downtown area is so great. We must continue to do all that we can to help,” said “Strikes for Stansfield” chairman Hether Langworthy. Last year, over $50,000 was raised for FPCC.
Fletcher Place Community Center has been effectively and compassionately serving the needs of the near-eastside community since 1872. Stansfield Circle, one of Indiana’s oldest non-profit organizations, provides funding and hundreds of hours of volunteer aid to Fletcher Place in historic Fountain Square.
