Swing Dance Lessons / Dance with Naptown Stomp

March 31 @ 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

|Recurring Event (See all)

An event every week that begins at 7:00 pm on Thursday, repeating until April 28, 2022

Lindy Hop is a dance focused on the freedom in choice for both lead and follow. The dance has roots in black culture from the 20s in Harlem. Today, the Indy lindy hop (basically a combination of west coast and east coast swing, done to big band/ jazz music) community is comprised of all people who are inspired to learn. Come take lessons; we operate in 2 month introductory lessons (6 Count and 8 Count). Once these lessons are completed, you’re an established dancer! Woohoo! You can travel with us and our community all over the world to watch / dance / goof off with old/new friends.

We have two lesson tracks: introductory and established. Established lessons are a monthly lesson series of varying topics.

Become a member at the beginning for discounts!
