Please join United Way of Central Indiana for a special community-wide project to thank early childhood and elementary teachers and school staff for all the extraordinary work they have done to educate our children during this challenging year.

United Way has received 400 donated tote bags ready to be filled with small gifts for these special educators. All we need now are the items to stuff inside, such as lip balm, tissues, pens, pencils, chocolate, tea, and more! If you can purchase a few products for these tote bags from our Amazon wish list, or go shopping for the items yourself and deliver them to United Way’s headquarters at 2955 N. Meridian Street, we would greatly appreciate your generosity. We know our educators will, too.

On December 7, these teacher totes will be assembled at United Way’s office beginning at 9 a.m. and volunteers will deliver them to more than 30 locations in our seven-county service area. We still need volunteers to help with this effort. Learn more and sign up to volunteer today!
