We need volunteers!
On Saturday, April 18th, Neighborhood Christian Legal Clinic and Immigrant Welcome Center are partnering to host a Citizenship Workshop at Southeast Community Services Center. During this Citizen Workshop, we will assist eligible immigrants in preparing the applications necessary to become United States citizens. We will need the help of attorneys, law students, Spanish interpreters, and general volunteers. Attorneys will start the day off with a 1-credit CLE training on application preparation. Light breakfast foods and lunch will be provided for all volunteers, who are asked to check in at 8:45 AM and may leave when finished assisting clients, around 1 PM.
