In this online CLE webinar, Neighborhood Christian Legal Clinic Clinic Staff Attorney Erica Harrigan will provide an overview of self-petitions under VAWA, the Violence Against Women Act. She will discuss the basics of an application, evidence to include, and strategies for Requests for Evidence. This presentation will also cover the latest updates to this form of relief and rare fact patterns that could lead to eligibility under VAWA.
