This event is open to all ATD-CIC members and non-members who are interested in L&OD topics.

What is this event?

What is better than working remotely? Working remotely with others!

This will be an informal opportunity to connect with other L&OD professionals for networking and co-working. Location will shift month-to-month to various coffee shops and co-working spaces. This event is a great way to make new connections, learn from one another, and get a boost of motivation while working in a supportive environment!

Who should attend?

Topics may range from various L&OD topics such as: instructional design, learning technologies, performance management, competency and skill development, org design, talent development, or training facilitation. If any of these topics sound interesting, then this event might be right for you!

What is the agenda?

There will be no formal agenda, put we ask that participants-

Be respectful of all other participants, regardless of their current experience or expertise
Be willing to share insights, but also spend more time listening than talking
Be open to make connections with new people
Feel free to come for the whole 2 hours or just step in as your schedule allows
Recommended that you bring work to do during any “down time” in the discussion
Note: This is not a forum for selling of services or career counseling. This event should be use for mutual benefit of all participants.
