When an employee joins Indiana Sports Corp, they also join a team. We are a small staff focused on accomplishing big things. It is “teamwork” and the belief that “none of us is as good as all of us” that has made ISC successful for over 30 years. Without a cooperative effort, doing more than what is required and proactive support of others on the team, Indiana Sports Corp would not be able to accomplish all that it needs to do to fulfill its mission.
Very simply, it means going beyond the job description. No one completely owns a work area, event or

Marketing Manager
Direct planning and execution of event marketing activities for Indiana Sports Corp, including specific events; assist with overall branding efforts. Manage digital and social media initiatives and serve as backup for public and media relations. Work directly with internal and external customers for the betterment of ISC events and initiatives. Volunteer Manager
The Volunteer Manager will be responsible for overseeing the future direction of Indiana Sports Corp’s volunteer program. Through the recruiting of new volunteers while maintaining strong relationships with current volunteers, the Volunteer Manager will need to develop, manage and execute the vision of this essential program. Database management as well as consistent communication to all volunteers will be an integral part of this role, in addition to on site event management. More.
Business Development Manager
The Business Development Manager is an important revenue-generating and relationship manager position for Indiana Sports Corp. This staff member is responsible for generating revenue/sales and participating/leading sales activity with a primary focus on Patron revenue, Membership revenue, event sponsorships and ticket-package selling. Sponsorship fulfillment is also a key responsibility. More.
Administrative Assistent/Receptionist
The Administrative Assistant supports and serves the administrative needs of the Business Development Department; this high-performing department maintains stakeholder relationships, fundraises for events through sponsorships and ticket sales and works alongside and supports the Events Department. Additionally, this position will serve as the primary, front desk receptionist and help manage the Salesforce customer relationship management database (CRM). More.
