- Camp counselor: Camp Counselors are responsible for the daily implementation of the YMCA program, including building relationships with participants and their families, creating a fun and welcoming environment for all participants, and facilitating an engaging atmosphere for participants to learn new skills and try new experiences.
- Program Director: Under the direction of the Center Executive Director, and with guidance from the Board of Managers, the Program Director will be responsible for developing and administering all facets of current youth and family programs, such as sports, summer day camp, aquatics, Child Watch, family and related programming. The staff person will be accountable for the administration of the department, program development and promotion, implementation and evaluation, staff scheduling and supervision, and financial operation in accordance with Center and Association goals, objectives and policies.
