The Indianapolis Art Center, located in lively Broad Ripple, is looking for someone to lead our guest services team. As our Guest Services Manager, you will be responsible for the oversight of customer service including front desk operations, student registration, and volunteer recruiting and coordination.
If you possess the following we’d like you to submit your resume:
- At least 3 years of customer service experience
- Previous supervisory experience in a customer service environment
- Experience training and coaching
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Word, Excel, and customer databases
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Good sense of humor
- Ability to work a flexible schedule which may include evenings and weekends
- Strong organizational skills and detail orientation
- Desire to be surrounded by Art and Art Making
- Ability to lead, coach, and motivate a team
- Experience with Point-of-Sale systems is preferred.
