Girls Inc. of Greater Indianapolis is seeking individuals to fulfill seasonal (on call) program specialist positions. Seasonal program specialists deliver programs for girls between the ages of 6 and 18 years old in alignment with the Girls Inc. programming philosophy.

Ideal candidates will have experience working with youth, diverse populations, facilitating programs activities for groups of at least 20 children, and knowledge of youth development. Experience leading Girls Inc. programs in the last 12 – 24 months, a plus.

Candidates must enjoy working with youth and promoting a positive environment. Ideal for college students pursuing a bachelors or master’s degree as well as individuals with flexible daytime schedules. Candidates must have a reliable and consistent method of transportation.

Seasonal program specialists must be available to plan and facilitate at least five 6-week session programs per program cycle (10-15 hours per week), as needed, and have open availability Monday through Friday between 10:30am and 3:30pm. Competitive hourly wage offered.
