Girls Inc. Program Support Coordinator – Full-time
Girls Incorporated of Greater Indianapolis is seeking a self-starter with a desire to further the mission of Girls Inc. as a Program Support Coordinator. Program Support Coordinators are tasked with developing and maintaining effective program partnerships. Including coordinating and supporting programs and volunteers at school and community based partner locations, during the school year, as well as facilitating and delivering girl focused programs through summer outreach.
Ideal candidates will have experience managing and delivering programs, coordinating community collaborations, working with diverse groups and have a strong knowledge of youth development. Must have strong interpersonal skills, ability to multitask and possess the ability to think analytically and solve problems.
Position requires Bachelor‘s degree in nonprofit studies, education, human development, or other related field; preferably 2+ years’ work experience in program planning and management as well as volunteer management and/or supervision; demonstrated experience in delivering presentations, facilitating trainings and/or participating in public speaking events; reliable and consistent method of transportation; proficient in Microsoft Office and experience in database systems.
