Indianapolis Cultural Trail, Inc. (ICT) is hiring a marketing and development professional who will tell the story and build audience, customers and resources to assure the Indianapolis Cultural Trail and Pacers Bikeshare operate at a high level of excellence, customer service, and sustainability. ICT is comprised of professional, creative and flexible individuals who work in a friendly, team oriented environment.

ICT oversees all aspects of the eight mile Indianapolis Cultural Trail: A Legacy of Gene and Marilyn Glick, a public linear park connecting all of downtown Indianapolis. ICT also operates the Pacers Bikeshare program comprised of 251 bikes and 26 stations, the majority of which are located on the Cultural Trail.

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Self-motivated
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize projects
  • Creative, open-minded and able to learn new skills and think outside of the box
  • Desire to work in and contribute to a positive team environment
  • Strong commitment to great customer experience
  • Passionate about Indianapolis, the Cultural Trail and Pacers Bikeshare

    PREFERRED SKILLS •

  • Knowledge of downtown Indianapolis
  • Experience developing fundraising campaigns for individual and corporate giving
  • Experience creating and implementing communications and marketing strategies, including social media
  • Able to develop and market compelling corporate sponsorship opportunities
  • Demonstrated success in event planning
  • Supervisory experience
