Vivien helps the IndyHub team to create positive sponsor experience leading up to, during and after IndyVolved event. As the Fundraising & Events Coordinator, she elevates opportunities to engage with community partners leading up to IndyVolved.
Individual Giving Officer at The Great American Songbook Foundation
As the Exhibitor Coordinator, Jo oversees exhibitor logistics and communications throughout the entire IndyVolved process including managing all exhibitor registration, application, selection, orientation and post-event logistics, as well as developing day-of exhibitor processes.
Fan Experience Manager at Indy Fuel
As the Attendee Experience Coordinator, Rachel will ensure an excellent attendee experience before, during and after IndyVolved event for all attendees! She also supports community partner engagement and manage onsite partnerships that elevate the attendee experience.
Volunteer Coordinator at Indiana Sports Corp
Julia will serve as the main point of contact as the Vendor Coordinator leading up to and on the day of the IndyVolved. She will establish an event vendor plan, manage vendor relationships, and ensure a positive experience for all onsite partners.
Events Manager at TechPoint
Anna acts as a point of contact for volunteers as the Volunteer Coordinator and manages communication leading up, on the day-of and after the Indyvolved event. She will work with the IndyHub team to create a robust event volunteer outreach and deployment plan to support the best overall attendee and volunteer experience.

As the Entertainment Coordinator, Steven will oversee and elevate the attendee experience during IndyVolved to include elements of live music, entertainment and art. He is also curating the post-IndyVolved networking social.
Marketing Manager at Visit Indy
As the Graphic Design Coordinator, Becca supports the communication outreach plan to ensure IndyVolved promotions are stretched throughout Marion County. She assists with PR interviews, organizes and distributes collateral and day-of event materials, and ensures event details are added to community calendars in the Indy region.
Director of Talent at Recruiting Experiences
Anthony is responsible for leading the efforts in implementing the community outreach plan as the Community Outreach Coordinator. He will search for and create opportunities for IndyHub to engage with the community via tabling events as well as foster a relationship between universities and IndyHub to promote the event and attract college aged individuals to IndyVolved.

As the Community Outreach Coordinator, Matt is responsible for leading the efforts in implementing the community outreach plan. He will search for and create opportunities for IndyHub to engage with the community via tabling events as well as foster a relationship between universities and IndyHub to promote the event and attract college aged individuals to IndyVolved.
Digital Content Manager at Butler University
Katrina is the Digital Engagement Coordinator for IndyVolved. She serves as the lead for content creation of digital assets and promo materials for the IndyVolved event. Katrina works alongside Becca to ensure all digital and physical promotional materials incorporate an inclusive approach throughout all of Marion County.
