“Strikes for Stansfield”, a family-friendly afternoon of bowling, prizes and entertainment, will take place on Sunday, March 1, 2020, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at Woodland Bowl, 3421 E. 96th St., Indianapolis, IN. All net proceeds from this 9th annual event, sponsored by Stansfield Circle, will provide funding for Fletcher Place Community Center’s food and clothing pantry, preschool eye screenings, shoes, supplies and enrichment programs, hot meal programs, adult education and senior outreach initiatives.

Deadline for registration is Friday, February 21, 2020. The registration fee is $120 per team which includes two games, shoe rental and one door prize ticket per bowler. Bowlers of all ages are welcome. Raffle prizes to be awarded at the event include a diamond pendant and earrings set by Jeff West Jewelry Designs, a one-night stay at the JW Marriot which includes breakfast and a $200 gift certificate to the Cunningham Restaurant Group, a one-year Indianapolis Zoo family membership, an Arrow McLaren SP private garage tour for ten plus autographed racing items and an Indy 500 victory wreath, a one-game Indianapolis Indians suite for four with food, beverage and parking pass, a concert & dinner package featuring two Indianapolis Symphony tickets plus a $100 gift certificate to Prime 47 Steak House, Sterling and gold dragonfly earrings by Khamis Jewelers and an Extreme Birthday Party by Silly Safari. Gift cards from a wide range of local and national merchants will be featured as door prizes. Fletcher Place Community Center has been effectively and compassionately serving the needs of the near-eastside community since 1872. Stansfield Circle, one of Indiana’s oldest non-profit organizations, provides funding and hundreds of hours of volunteer aid to Fletcher Place in historic Fountain Square.
